Santa Barbara Volleyball Club
Privacy policy
How we handle the information you send us.
Who we are
This website is run by Santa Barbara Volleyball Club (SBVC). If you have questions about this policy, email [email protected].
What we collect
Our website forms are for parents and legal guardians. When you send a form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- Your athlete’s division (girls or boys) and age group (for example, 12U)
- The program, clinic or topic you’re asking about, and any message you write
We do not ask for or collect a child’s name, date of birth, school, email address, phone number or photo through this website. We don’t store your IP address with your submission, and we don’t take payments on this site.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and children should not send us information through it. Forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you about your question, interest or request. Form submissions are emailed to the club and stored in the website’s form system, which deletes them automatically after 30 days. We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list from these forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing [email protected].
Cookies and other services
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from automated traffic. The Calendar page shows the club’s Google calendars. When you open that page, Google receives your visit under its own privacy policy.
Do Not Track
Because we don’t track visitors across sites, we don’t change anything in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
